CLARITY: In working together, your first session will be a Clarity Session so that we may get clear on what's really going on in you life, and exactly what changes need be made and how quickly. There is no charge and no obligation for our time together.

FOCUS: Once there is clarity, your next session is a Focusing Session wherein we brainstorm options, establish priorities and set meaningful, SMART goals, creating a plan of action so you may begin moving forward on your path rather quickly.

ACTION: Being focused and well prepared, you are ready to leap into action, and will have the option of flying solo, or continuing to work with me as your Personal Coach. As your Coach, my job is to keep you focused, hold you accountable and on target to reach your goals and create the changes you desire.

INTEGRATION: Being certified in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and Clinical Hypnotherapy, should you ever feel stuck, we will schedule a Breakthrough Session to help you work through any emotional barriers, fears, past patterns, behaviors or outdated beliefs, so that you can keep moving forward toward success.
