My MISSION is to inspire, educate and empower women of all ages, while specializing in working with women over 40, to heal their lives and live their dreams.
I want women to walk through my doors and be changed forever by the unconditional love and acceptance, the lighthearted laughter and humor, the deep conversations, connection and rich content, through the counseling, coaching, consulting and training programs that feed the mind, nurture the soul and awaken the Spirit.

As a Spiritual Counselor, my focus is helping women with life skills such as managing stress, finding inner peace, setting clear boundaries and building healthy relationships. As a Certified Master Coach, my focus is supporting women in becoming more self-sufficient through landing the perfect job, or starting their own business, including branding, online marketing and social media management.
